Refund and Returns Policy
At Saunamogul, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new sauna. Products purchased from our online store are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer buyers, starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.
Although our products may be large and heavy, the right of withdrawal applies to all products purchased from our online store in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and this policy.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your 14-day right of return, you may open and use the product only to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning — as would be permitted when inspecting a product in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its properties, or if its value has diminished, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@saunamogul.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Your withdrawal notice must include at least the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- Date of purchase
- Order or invoice number
- Details of the item(s) to be returned
- Parcel tracking number (if applicable)
- Reason for return or description of the issue
- Photos of any defect, where possible
Returning the Goods
After submitting your withdrawal notice, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the notice, or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to a carrier within the same period.
The returned goods must be complete. The original packaging should be retained and returned where possible.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the product does not conform to the order or is defective.
For large items (e.g. sauna kits), the return must be arranged in advance with our customer support team.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund all payments received under the contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
If you have expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, we are not obliged to reimburse the additional cost beyond standard delivery.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of return shipment — whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method or bank account used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products manufactured to the buyer’s personal specifications or made to order based on the buyer’s requirements
- Products that have been custom-painted, treated, or otherwise processed to order
- Other products manufactured on a custom basis
Diminished Value of Goods
If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or has diminished in value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in value.
If, upon return, the goods do not meet the conditions for withdrawal, no refund will be issued and the returned product will be held in storage. Any costs related to storage or return of the product to the buyer shall be borne by the buyer.
Claims for Defective Goods
If a defect becomes apparent, you have the right to contact us within two months by emailing hello@saunamogul.com or by calling +372 5266791.
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect.
If a product has a defect for which we are liable, we will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund all costs associated with the sales contract.
