1. Data controller

The saunamogul.com website is operated by Mogul Production OÜ (registry code 14410210, Kume tn 3, Tallinn 11218, Estonia). For any privacy matters, write to us at hello@saunamogul.com.

2. What data we collect

When you send us a quote request or use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the content of your message together with your chosen product configuration. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We retain enquiries for as long as necessary for customer communication.

3. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• sm_consent — stores your cookie choice (necessary; 180 days);
• pll_language — remembers your language choice (necessary; 1 year);
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics visitor statistics (analytics; up to 2 years; set only with your consent).

Analytics cookies are set only after you give consent via the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

4. Web analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how the website is used. Analytics runs only with your consent and your IP address is anonymised. Google may also transfer data to the United States (Google LLC); such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. External media

Some pages may contain a YouTube video. The video is loaded from YouTube (Google) servers only after you give consent via the cookie notice or click the load button on the video — until then, no data is sent to YouTube.

6. Chat

The website offers a chat window provided by Crisp IM SAS (France, EU). Crisp is loaded and its cookies are set only when you open the chat window yourself — until then no data is sent to Crisp. Information shared in the chat (messages and any contact details you choose to provide) is processed on our behalf to answer your questions.

7. Email

Our emails (enquiry confirmations, quotes) are sent through the servers of Zone Media OÜ (Estonia), our data processor.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@saunamogul.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
